WAWA — A 19-year-old faces assault charges after a domestic dispute last week.
Provincial police said officers responded to reports of a domestic dispute on Mackey Street in Wawa just after midnight on Dec. 29, 2022.
The accused, who is from Wawa, faces two counts of spousal assault.
Police said the accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear in a Wawa court next month.
The name of the accused was not released to protect the identity of the victim, police added.
