SCHREIBER — Friday, April 8 was a day of celebration and the beginning of a new chapter for Bruce Richardson.
It was Richardson’s official last day of work, with the Municipality of Schreiber and the first day of his retirement.
Schreiber Mayor Kevin Mullins gathered with friends, family, retired staff and council to wish Richardson the best as he marked this special occasion. Richardson is retiring from working as lead hand for the Township of Schreiber for more than 39 years of service.
The day was one spent acknowledging Richard’s accomplishment and gathering to offer good wishes as he embarks on a new journey.
Congratulations were offered to Richard and his family, on a well-deserved retirement.
