Elderly Persons Centre offers drop in tea and and get out of the house event

GREENSTONE -- Geraldton residents, 55+; can take advantage of a great fun activity being organized by the Elderly Persons Centre.

A drop in is being offered Tuesdays to Fridays, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the 200 Wardrope Avenue in Geraldton.

Participants are promised that there will be a lot to do. Engaging activities like playing cards, board games such as Scrabble, Yahtzee and Backgammon will be available. They can also make a craft or paint.

Those who choose to get out of the house for this fun occasion can also learn to knit or crochet or just hang out with friends.
