A major winter storm is disrupting travel plans across the region.
A section of Highway 11 is closed between Longlac and Hearst on Friday morning due to the weather conditions.
As well, Highway 17 is closed between Nipigon and Schreiber due to weather.
Environment Canada has issued winter storm warnings for the region, forecasting up to 50 centimetres of snow from Thursday into Saturday.
