TERRACE BAY: The Wellness Lab is in Terrace Bay this weekend and will be part of the community’s Fall Street Market.
On Sunday, Sept. 11, at Simcoe Plaza, residents can come down and enjoy vendor, community groups and artisan displays, and engaging activities such as that by Wellness Lab called Lighthouse Yoga.
The Market begins at 12:00 p.m. and runs until 4:00 p.m. with residents invited to join Wellness Lab for a friendly all levels practice in the park.
Interested participants can join in by offering a cash donation or a perishable item, in support of the North Shore Harvest Cupboard. You are also asked to bring a yoga mat or blanket to practice on. Extra mats will be available free for use.
Rain location will be inside Wellness Lab. Everyone is encouraged to attend one of the largest street markets along the north shore.
