THUNDER BAY — Ontario Provincial Police arrested a 19-year-old man following a vehicle theft that led to a pursuit in the Nipigon-Red Rock area.

The incident began early Friday morning when the Thunder Bay detachment received a report that a vehicle had been stolen from a business on Arthur Street in the city.

It was observed being driven east at high speed on Highway 11/17.
