TERRACE BAY — Superior North Catholic District School Board shared a notice posted by the Ontario Catholic Trustees Association.
They want those planning to run for election as a school board trustee in October’s municipal election to explore the role and the importance of Catholic education by joining the Catholic School Trustees Workshop on May 28, 2022.
The one-day workshop highlights the “formation and training” for the candidates for Catholic school board trustees and will include discussion around topics such as:
- What life as a trustee is like
- How to advocate for Catholic education
- Explore Catholic vision for student well being
This session will run via ZOOM, on Saturday, May 28, 2022 from 9 a.m. until 4:45 p.m. EST.
