Classes are being offered to families within the Cochrane District and Hornepayne.

Each class will be offered via ZOOM and will run from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., on each day scheduled.

PHU shared the schedule for residents and indicated the dates and topics as follows:

May 4 - Prenatal nutrition and infant feeding

May 11 - Comfort measures for labour and birth

May 18 - Breast feeding

May 25 - Bringing baby home

This is a great opportunity for participants to connect with other parents-to-be and get resources and support on pregnancy and parenting.
