SHUNIAH — A planned power outage will affect nearly 2,000 customers for areas east of Thunder Bay this weekend.
Hydro One will have a planned outage on Sunday morning, expected to begin at 8 a.m. with restoration at noon, for the areas of Shuniah, MacGregor, McTavish and Sibley.
The utility listed the reason for the outage as planned broadband and joint use work on their outage map.
