MARATHON—The Municipality of Marathon wants residents to know that needed resurfacing and rehabilitation work earmarked for some roads, will go on until August.
Their recent notice to residents stated that, “The road sections in Nicolet and Steedman will undergo resurfacing and rehabilitation work from May until Aug. 15, 2022, when it is expected that this work will be complete.
Residents should be aware that one lane of traffic will be maintained in each direction to local traffic; however, and to expect traffic delays during construction.
Drivers are encouraged to use caution when driving in these areas.
Updates as they are made available will be provided to residents through the Municipality website.
