NIPIGON -- Kindergarten students learn the Power of YET on Bell Let's Talk Day.
St. Edward's Catholic School's kindergarten class participated in Bell Let's Talk Day last month by taking part in a special activity.
The class learned about the Power of YET, which signifies the message that some things we cannot do YET, but practice allows us to eventually be able to do those things.
Their day helped to reaffirm Superior North Catholic District School Board’s focus for Bell Let’s Talk initiatives at each of their schools, which was that, “This year’s Bell Let’s Talk Day campaign highlighted the ways that we can support ourselves and those we care about through actions like listening, being there and talking. Every Canadian can play a part in their communities, workplaces, schools and at home.”
