TERRACE BAY—Superior Seniors Terrace Bay, (SSTB) has updated their fall activities list and there is plenty for seniors of all ages to do.

They invite everyone to come down to visit, check out their craft room and just get out of the house and come down and engage with other seniors in the variety of games and activities they offer.

The month of October is filled with activities that facilitates both physical and mental engagement including:  card games such as euchre, cribbage and bridge, as well as carpet bowling, darts, sewing and crafts. In addition, the always popular pickle ball and Tai Chi has started in October.

In addition, SSTC announced the appointment of Terri Roberts, as a new Board member who takes on the role of Wellness.

SSTC wants all seniors to know that the “Community Health Transportation” program is still being offered. This offers transportation to Thunder Bay and back-door-to-door pick-up for those who need to travel to Thunder Bay for medical appointments and treatment.
