WAWA — A 46-year-old faces charges after colliding with a vehicle and boat trailer, and then leaving the scene, earlier this month.
Provincial police on Tuesday said officers received a report of the incident on the afternoon of June 16 on Superior Avenue in Wawa.
Police said the responding officers were able to find the driver of the vehicle, who was found to have consumed alcohol.
The suspect was arrested nad charged with two impaired driving counts, one count of dangerous operation of a vehicle, and one count of failure to stop after an accident.
The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear in a Wawa court next month.
