White River’s northern neighbours nurse practitioner clinic hire consultant to assist with survey

WHITE RIVER—The Northern Neighbours Nurse Practitioner LED Clinic is looking for community assistance with exploring ways to improve their services.

They recently have hired a consultant to assist with this survey and ask community members to give their views, and share their thoughts about the services offered by NPLC.

The survey asks participants to give feedback and answer questions related to the services offered by NPLC. Questions range from rating the level of service provided by them, to whether they would recommend these services.

If community members have recently accessed and received care from NPLC, the individual is also asked to rate the service received from the staff at their office. NPLC wants to know what their community thinks, the effectiveness of their services, and what services may be lacking.

In partnership with the consultant that they have hired, Northwestern Nurse Practitioners Clinic hopes to make the necessary improvements, in order to continue providing the physical and mental health services needed.  The survey can be taken by following this link:
