Job Available: Screen Printer

Duties:
Set-up and operate a 4 station-6 colour manual screen printing press.
Produce consistent high-quality multi coloured prints throughout an entire run with speed and accuracy.
Collaborate with sales to understand order requirements and specifications.
Prepare, reclaim and expose screens.
Mix inks to achieve the desired Pantone colour.
Create virtual proofs and mocks using Adobe Illustrator.
Prepare artwork for screen printing including colour separations and film output.
Maintain and clean equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process.
Skills:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Screen Printer with a strong artistic eye and passion for quality. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Adobe Illustrator, printing on various substrates using various types of inks, and the ability to execute designs with precision. An appreciation for colour, composition, and artistic detail is essential.

Experience operating a manual press.
Must be able to set-up multi coloured jobs with accuracy and speed.
Strong organizational skills.
Proficient with Illustrator and Photoshop.
Has an artistic eye and a passion for producing visually striking prints.
