Hours: 3 shift rotation (7.5 hour @ days, afternoons, and nights); Straight nights available upon request; Continental shift rotation (11.5 hour @ days and nights based on operational needs); Overtime weekend (based on operational needs).
Duties:
Operate equipment to produce quality parts.
Perform necessary measuring and machine checks to ensure quality and quantity targets are being met.
Attend annual health and safety training, including but not limited to, WHMIS and Lockout/Tagout training
Skills:
1-2 years manufacturing experience or related experience
Able to achieve a passing grade on Musashi pre-employment testing
Must be able to work shift rotation
Good work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment while making quality parts and achieving company goals in Safety, Quality, Cost
Exceptional people skills and interpersonal communication skills
Self-motivated and well organized
Able to multi-task
Works well alone or as a team
Flexible with good time management
Excellent technical skills
