MARATHON - An all-candidates meeting will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 5 at 7 p.m. at the Marathon Town Hall.
The event, hosted by the Marathon District Chambers of Commerce, will give residents an opportunity to meet candidates running in the municipal election.
The municipality will also be livestreaming the event, which will be moderated by Al Cresswell from CFNO radio.
There are seven candidates running for a seat on council, including: Darlene Cross, Dawna Harrison, Raymond Lake, Joel Shier, Zachary Souckey, Kelly Tsubouchi, Gregory Vaillance, and Todd Wheeler.
Mayor Rick Dumas has been acclaimed Marathon mayor for the next four years.
