MARATHON -- Marathon’s Recreation Complex is offering healthy aquatic activities for all ages. Aquatic exercise is proven to improve balance, physical endurance, mobilize joints, and strengthen muscles. These low impact activities, according to the Mayo Clinic, “relieve the pressure off your bones, joints and muscles."
