Bearskin Airlines launching Thunder Bay to Geraldton service

Bearskin Airlines to launch new air service to Geraldton Ontario first week of November.

GREENSTONE — Bearskin Airlines is preparing for takeoff of its service to Geraldton.

Beginning Nov. 1, the airline will launch scheduled service between Thunder Bay and Geraldton, offering three flights weekly.

Service will feature connections in Thunder Bay over Bearskin’s network between Northwestern and Northeastern Ontario and Air Canada’s Toronto service.

Bearskin Airlines has announced plans to celebrate the inaugural flight with a ribbon cutting ceremony performed on Nov. 1 at 2:30 p.m. at the Greenstone Regional Airport, located at 102 MacOdrum Drive, in Geraldton.

Members of the media are invited to the ceremony for a meet and greet with pilots and tour of the aircraft.

An introductory one-way fare of $298, including taxes and surcharges is available for a limited time. Bearskin Airlines offers travellers their first bag free.
