MANITOUWADGE — City residents were informed about a watermain break that occurred Sunday on Wenonah Drive.

Residents are being told that there may be a drop in water pressure during repairs.

Director of public works, Darren MacKenzie, gave a brief update Monday morning indicating that, “The break occurred yesterday and we are digging through the ground to determine how severe the break is.”

He added that, “Once we know how severe the break is, we will be able to determine how long it will take to repair.”

Mackenzie indicated that although residents will experience “reduced water flow, water is still present.”
