GREENSTONE--The Municipality of Greenstone has posted notice that there is one Trustee vacancy to which candidates may be elected for the Greenstone Ward (Rural West, Geraldton, Longlac, Beardmore, Nakina and Rural East Wards).
If you are interested in the becoming a School Board Trustee, please submit your nomination before 2:00 p.m. on August 24, 2022.
Trustees have a vital role in stakeholder engagement through a number of Board Committees. Working with parents/caregivers, community partners and administration in support of quality education.
School Board Trustees are the members of a school board. They are locally-elected representatives of the public, and they are the community’s advocate for public education.
