HORNEPAYNE — A 37-year-old faces a charge of spousal assault after a domestic dispute.
Provincial police were notified of a domestic dispute that happened on Ecomadina Avenue in Hornepayne on Tuesday afternoon.
The investigation resulted in the accused being charged.
Police said the accused, whose name is not being provided to protect the identify of the victim, has been released from custody and is expected to appear in a Hearst court in July.
