ONTARIO -- Ontario Ministry of Health reminds province enhanced vaccine certificate with official QR code needed as of Jan. 4, 2022
In an effort to both remind and assist all Ontarians that as of Jan. 4 an official QR code and an enhanced vaccine certificate will be required, it posted the following announcement on its Facebook page.
“Looking to download your enhanced vaccine certificate with official QR code, but don’t have a green photo health card?
Call the Provincial Vaccine Contact Centre at 1-833-943-3900 for an emailed or mailed copy.”
