SUPERIOR NORTH -- Environment Canada is again warning residents to bundle up this morning and again Wednesday night
The government weather agency states a period of very cold wind chills continues Wednesday morning, with wind chill values near -40C to -45C.
Extreme cold conditions may return again Wednesday night into Thursday morning.
Extreme cold puts everyone at risk.
Dress in layers that you can remove if you get too warm. The outer layer should be wind resistant.
Frostbite can develop within minutes on exposed skin, especially with wind chill.
If it's too cold for you to stay outside, it's too cold for your pet to stay outside.
