SUPERIOR NORTH -- A period of cold wind chills will continue this morning.
Environment Canada states wind chill values near -40 to -45C are expected Thursday morning.
Temperatures will moderate during the day, however, wind chills near -40C and -45C are expected again Thursday night.
Dress in layers that you can remove if you get too warm. The outer layer should be wind resistant.
Frostbite can develop within minutes on exposed skin, especially with wind chill, so make sure to dress warmly.
