MARATHON – Fire officials are urging residents to be cautious while cooking after responding to two kitchen fires.
Marathon Fire Department is reminding residents to use caution while cooking after they responded to two kitchen fires in a week.
“PLEASE!!!!!!” states a Marathon Fire Department Facebook post. “Use caution while cooking.”
The post goes on to say Ontario has had eight fire deaths in the first six days of December and stresses the importance of using extra care while cooking.
