LONGLAC—Grade 8 students, and future parents and guardians from Marjorie Mills Public School were reminded by Geraldton Composite High School of a special night.
June 7, 2022, is when Geraldton Composite High school is holding their Parent/Guardian Night at 6 p.m. The evening will be an opportunity for parents and guardians, with students attending high school next year. This will be a great opportunity to gather information about the 2022-23 school year.
Staff including: Geraldton Composite principal, guidance counsellor, special education teacher, Indigenous graduation coach, child and youth worker, and cooperative and alternative education teacher, will be onhand to share information and to answer questions.
Grade 8 students from Marjorie Mills Public School are encouraged to attend so that their transition from elementary school to high school becomes easier and more informed.
Parents, guardians and caregivers, and future students, can enter the event by the front entrance of the school, located at 500 Second Street West.
