Gusty winds continue in Fort Severn and Peawanuck

Local blowing snow will significantly reduce visibilities.

SUPERIOR NORTH -- Environment Canada says strong and gust winds will continue Thursday morning.

The government weather agency states strong and gusty northwesterly winds near 70 kilometres an hour will continue Thursday morning in the wake of a low-pressure system over Hudson Bay.

Winds will begin to ease this afternoon.
