WAWA -- Motorists travelling east of Wawa on Highway 17 should look for a different route.
According to Ontario 511, the highway has been closed between Wawa and Batchawana Bay, due to inclement weather.
The closure notice was first posted just after 1 p.m. on Saturday and was updated again at 5:30 p.m.
All lanes are closed at this time.
There is no indication when the highway might reopen.
