Impaired driving charges laid after Christmas Eve collision

WHITE RIVER — A 30-year-old is charged with impaired driving after a single vehicle crash on Christmas Eve.

Provincial police said the incident happened on Highway 631 near White River just after 6 p.m. on Dec. 24, 2022.

Police determined the driver was impaired by alcohol.

He faces two counts related to impaired driving.

The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear in a Wawa court next month.
