MARATHON—Superior-Greenstone District School Board, will have its Inaugural/Organization Board Meeting Nov. 21 at 1:00 p.m.
Director of Education Nicole Morden-Cormier explains that the next step for elected Board Trustees is to take part in what the Board plans as some professional development that day. “We are going to take the opportunity to use the morning portion of that day to begin having the professional development conversations that we’re are supporting the Board of Trustees and what their role really is.” said Morden-Cormier.
According to the Board, the newly elected Board will complete their Oath of Office and hold their first meeting at the Board Office, on that day. The public is welcome to attend and can do so either in-person or virtually. The meeting link will be posted on the Board website along with the meeting agenda, closer to the meeting date.
