KAPUSKASING—With the Township of Kapuskasing’s summer KAP Kraze days well underway, they are pleased to inform participants that Follow Her North will be offering free guided canoe tours on the Kapuskasing River during Kap Kraze. Spots are very limited and will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
They added that no experience is necessary. Therefore, this mini excursion event would be perfect for beginners.
In addition, they indicated that a skilled and certified guide, Mylène, will teach participants paddling techniques before embarking on the river and get ready to run a few rapids.
Minimum age for participants is six years of age. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Groups consist of 7 people.
• Group #1 departs at 9:30 a.m.
• Group #2 departs at 11:30 a.m.
• Group #3 departs at 1:30 p.m.
Life jackets, helmets, and paddles are included; however, participants should bring their own life jacket if they prefer.
