MANITOUWADGE – A power outage in Manitouwadge has led to the closure of Manitouwadge High School, school officials confirmed Thursday morning.
School officials say the school will be closed until at least noon, staff will reassess at noon whether to reopen the school if power has returned.
According to the Hydro One outage map, more than 800 customers have been affected.
Crews are on scene assessing the damage.
