MANITOUWADGE -- Manitouwadge mayor is warning residents of an increase in the number of COVID-19 cases in the community.
On Tuesday, Mayor John MacEachern left an important message on the township's Facebook page regarding the COVID-19 pandemic.
MacEachern is urging the public to be careful as COVID-19 is in the community and it is contagious.
The township is unable to provide exact numbers because of the change in the way the province is conducting its testing.
MacEachern and health officials are urging residents to stay home if they feel any symptoms.
