MANITOUWADGE—The Municipality wants its residents to know that regular recycling and garbage pick-up will still occur on Easter Monday, April 18, 2022.
No change to the schedule will be needed and so resident should have their items ready in the appropriate containers, for pick-up. (Plastic blue or clear bags)
The Municipality’s new recycling program started on April 4, 2022. With that in mind their Director of Public Works and Facilities, Darren McKenzie, recently indicated to residents that with this being a new recycling and collection program, residents with any questions or concerns are encouraged to email [email protected] or to call 807-826-3227, ext. 230
Currently their new recycling program is equipped to collect plastics/metals, paper and cardboard.
