MARATHON -- The Marathon Cross Country Ski and Snowshoe Club announced on Monday it was closing for the season.
With the MCCSSC Chalet now closed for the 2021-2022 season, skiers were also informed about a few important things. They wish to let residents know that their trails will remain open to season members and those who have their own equipment until further notice. Members of the public who are not members of the ski club, are asked to use the club’s self registration link on their website at: www.marathonskiclub.ca/shop.
The club boasts five kilometres of lit trails at night, with another five kilometres of snowshoe trails that feature beautiful lookouts.
MCCSSC wishes to thank the community of Marathon and all of their users this year for their support and can’t wait to return for the 2022-2023 season.
