Marathon waste transfer station hours to change soon

MARATHON—The municipality of Marathon informed its residents of a change in hours for their waste transfer station.

Residents are reminded to follow the regulations regarding waste container size and weight. All waste inside the container must be in plastic bags, as no loose garbage is permitted. You are asked to please pay attention to the attendant who will provide instructions and directions.

As of May 1, the municipality will have new waste transfer station hours. On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, those hours will run from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m.
