Two representatives will be elected from both the Town of Marathon and Biigtigong Nishnaabeg.

“Town council discussed this matter on camera at its meeting on Aug. 22, 2022 under personal matters about an identifiable individual including municipal or local board employees as business arising from the meeting council agreed and recommended that Mayor Rick Dumas and Daryl Skworchinski CAO would be the first elected members to represent the town of Marathon the port Authority Board,” he said.
