MANITOUWADGE — The Municipality of Manitouwadge is holding their Property Standards meeting this Thursday, April 21 at 6:30 p.m., at the Township Office located at 1 Mississauga Drive.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss their Property Standards Bylaw, while facilitating an opportunity for the public to submit their comments to the township through a survey. This survey has been  posted on MYManitouwadge on the Municipality website.

City Council has requested the public to provide comment on the proposed bylaw for their consideration. Residents can also attend online by pre-registering with Joleen Keough, Clerk at [email protected] or by phone (807)-826-3227 ext. 223. A link to participate online via ZOOM will be forwarded following registration.

According to the Municipality, the proposed Property Standards Bylaw is a “standard of maintenance bylaw respecting residential and non-residential properties for the Township of Manitouwadge. This bylaw would provide for a minimum level of standard, which the Township expects property owners to maintain.”
