NIPIGON—Residents of Nipigon, were informed Thursday of an important public meeting/open house. In an effort to keep them informed about several key construction projects, it is holding a special meeting.
The purpose of this meeting is to find out information about proposed construction of a 300 millimetre diameter water main, including road and storm water improvements on McKirdy Avenue from Churchill Street to Hudson Street.
During this public meeting/open house, residents will have the opportunity to ask questions and gain more information about these construction improvements.
The meeting is to take place on Wednesday, March 23, at Edge Arts, and will run from 2 p.m.-4 p.m.; and then from 7 p.m.-8:30 p.m.
Representatives from the municipality of township of Nipigon and their engineer from GSS Engineering Consultants Ltd. will be on hand, to discuss this construction.
