Nipigon waste collection and landfill hours change due to Easter weekend

NIPIGON — Nipigon posted its holiday notice to inform its residents of a garbage collection and landfill hours schedule change.

The change is as a result of the upcoming Easter weekend. The municipality indicated that garbage collection scheduled for Friday, April 15, will be moved a day early to Thursday, April 14. Residents were asked to kindly have their garbage containers on curbside by 7 a.m.

As a further notice, residents were told that the Landfill will be closed Friday, April 15 and Monday, April 18, due to the Easter Holiday.
