MARATHON — One person has been charged with assault after an incident in Marathon.
Provincial police said officers and Superior North EMS paramedics were called to an area of Whitman Court just before 10:30 p.m.
Police said one person was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
A 38-year-old Marathon resident has been charged with assault causing bodily harm.
The accused has been released from custody and is expected to appear in court next month.
