MANITOUWADGE -- Fines for overdue library items will be returning next month at the Manitouwadge Public Library.
The library's staff are reminding library users that fines for overdue books and movies will be returning April 4.
The fines for an overdue book will cost $0.25 a day and $1.00 a day for movies.
Library staff want residents to know that these fines help support programming and services at the library.
If you can't return an item by its due date, which will be printed on your receipt, staff would be happy to renew your items. All you need to do is contact the library by phone, email or through the Facebook page.
Staff will call when books are seven days overdue as fines will already have accumulated, so make sure to let the library know if you need more time.
