SCHREIBER – A power outage is impacting nearly 1,000 Hydro One customers along the North Shore.
The outage affected homes in communities including Schreiber, Rossport, Pays Plat, Cavers, and Kama Hills as of around 4 p.m. Friday, according to Schreiber Fire and Rescue.
The outage was estimated to impact 997 customers, Hydro One said.
Crews have been dispatched to address the issue, the company said. It had not yet identified a cause for the outage as of Friday afternoon.
Hydro One estimated the outage would be resolved by 7:45 p.m. on Friday.
