Upgrades are coming to two Northwestern Ontario snowmobiling trails.
A reroute of 60 kilometres of trail will be completed on trail D108A, between Dubreuilville and Hornepayne.
Trail A113A, near Atikokan, will see a reroute of 25 kilometres of trail.
The improvements are among 10 projects announced by the province Wednesday through an investment of around $835,000 through the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation (NOHFC).
"This investment in snowmobile trail improvements is critical to providing a high quality of life for residents and will increase tourism, strengthening the local economy,” said Minister of Northern Development and Kenora MPP Greg Rickford in a statement.
