RED ROCK—The Township of Red Rock recently provided its residents with an important notice regarding key infrastructure projects that will begin.
On May 13, they updated the dates for when work on waste and water infrastructure upgrades, and Brampton water sewer and storm replacement is set to start.
According to their update, work is now scheduled to take place as early as Tuesday, May 24 on these projects.
As a result, residents are asked to make sure that any large vehicles (campers, boats, trailers, etc.) that they want moved from their property is done, so before construction begins as it may not be possible afterwards.
The municipality notice further stated that, “Contractors will try to have a lane open to traffic at all times, although this may not be always possible throughout the summer."
Residents in the area affected are asked to be prepared to park their vehicles at the end of the construction zone and walk to their homes at certain times.
Should anyone have any questions regarding the construction, they are asked to contact one of the contacts provided on the municipality Facebook page; where contacts such as Ashley Davis, community development officer are listed.
