HORNEPAYNE—Enjoying your favourite sport and physical activity with friends has many physical and psychological health benefits for kids and teens.

While engaging in these activities it is still important to be aware of some simple things one can keep in mind to reduce the risk of contracting COVID-19.

The Porcupine Health Unit wants you to be safe and as a means of helping you to do, that they offer some COVID-19 safety protocols.

  • Don’t share water bottles.
  • Have an alcohol-based hand sanitizer available on the bench.
  • Skip a game or practice and stay home if you are not feeling well.
