SCHREIBER—The Township of Schreiber is proud to announce that it will be celebrating its 30th Heritage Days, from July 15-July 24, 2022. The theme of this event is “Coming Home”.

In launching this milestone, the township announced its release of their Heritage Days Booklet now available to the community and one which will be mailed out to the mailboxes that accept flyers. In addition, residents will be able to pick up a printed copy of the booklet next week at the Municipal Office.

Schreiber Mayor Kevin Mullins, offered words of welcome as he launched the Township’s 30th Heritage Days Celebration. In his address to residents, the mayor announced that this year the township will open their Discovery Centre, their Splash Park and playground, during Heritage Days. He encouraged everyone to come out and reconnect with friends, and participate in the many activities organized by the township for the community to enjoy.

“Enjoy the many festivities that will be happening all week long. Reconnect with old friends and make memories. Take a walk around town and see the new murals on buildings around town. I would like to say thanks to the staff, volunteer, and sponsors that make Heritage Days Happen. This is our first Heritage Days in 3 years because of Covid so enjoy and have fun,” said Mayor Mullins.
