SCHREIBER -- The Township of Schreiber announces two fun events for the holiday season.
On Dec. 23, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m., residents can enjoy a Christmas Tree Hike.
The Township’s Recreation Committee and volunteers will be using Christmas tree lights to light up hiking paths that lead to their Landmark Christmas tree located on the top of the surrounding hills.
Hot chocolate will be provided for all at the top of the hill.
Following this event, on Dec. 30, 2021, the Recreation Committee has planned a Holiday Skating Party at the Schreiber Arena.
This will take place between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Every participant will be able to skate for free and receive a coupon for a free hot chocolate from the arena concession.
