SCHREIBER—The Township of Schreiber sent out gratitude and thanks to its residents for their cooperation in limiting and conserving the use of water.
On May 16, 2022 the Municipality issued a notice requesting residents to limit and conserve the use of water. This was necessary as a result of rapid spring turnover in the raw water supply, at that time.
According to the recent notice of thanks to residents, the municipality stated that, “As we expect to be over the worst of the rapid spring turnover in the raw water supply, residents and businesses may resume normal consumption of water distributed by the Township of Schreiber.”
